Gold plating coming off after a few months. Under warranty - they refuse to fix it. Don’t buy it.

I purchased this bracelet in June for my birthday. After only a few months of use the gold plating is coming off on both ends. It’s covered under warranty. None of my other jewellery has had the same issue and I’ve had those other items for far, far longer.

I was told it must be my fault that their product is faulty and that I am welcome to repurchase the bracelet at a slight discount.

For some context: I don’t shower with my jewellery on. I don’t wash my face with my jewellery on. I never, ever spray perfume on my wrists or neck. I purchased all my stuff with my own money and make sure to take very good care of my items.

My advice to hard working woman or men out there is to not give your money to a company who doesn’t value you as a customer. Neither I, or anyone I know personally will ever buy another item from Thomas Sabo due to the fact that we might just be throwing our money away on an expensive item with quality or post purchase customer service that doesn’t match the price tag.
