I ordered a charm ( musical notes ) and was rather distressed when I was initially advised it would only be delivered ten days later. However, I was thrilled when my parcel was delivered within the week, as it should have been! The Courier Guy were very professional keeping me up to date with the progress even when I had to change the delivery address once my parcel was going to be delivered earlier than initially advised. I was thrilled with the charm - it is beautiful. Great. Thanks to all involved making this a VERY pleasant experience.
